Dipak started his career as a Trained nursing studying for SRN.  He has a Masters Degree in Ergonomics from University College London, an honours degree in Psychology, a diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Risk Management from Loughborough University as well as being a qualified security Management Specialist and as an Accredited Security Management Specialist.

Dipak has over 40 years experience of working in both the private and public sector.  He has held various senior roles and more recently he worked at a large NHS Trust in London and he is a Trustee of the Stephen Pheasant Memorial Fund.

Dipak comes with considerable experience in both occupational health and safety as well as ergonomics and human factors.  He specially thrives on Governance and Risk.
